Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find, book and enjoy a stay on Viraamo. This page covers the website and the information listings give about rooms.

Using the website

• Works in a mobile or desktop browser — there’s no app to install.
• Search, filters, booking and menus can be used with a keyboard and screen readers; a “Skip to content” link is the first thing on every page.
• Light and dark themes, and reduced motion when your device asks for it.
• Menus and search are available in English and Hindi from the language button.

Finding an accessible room

Accessibility needs are separate from the guest count. In search, open Filters → Accessibility to show only stays with step-free entry, a lift, a ground-floor room, an accessible bathroom, wide doorways or a hearing loop. Each listing describes these under Accessibility, room by room. If something isn’t clear, message the host before you book.

Known limitations

• The 3D and 360° tours are visual; every room also has photos with text descriptions.
• The map is supplementary — areas and nearby places are also listed as text.
