Tell us who you are and what you run. Submitting isn’t approval — a person reviews every application.

Verify your right to list
Business details and documents showing you own the property, or the owner’s authority if you manage or lease it.

Tax and payout details
PAN (and GSTIN if registered), then a payout account verified by our payment provider, Razorpay.

Sign the host agreement
Commission, cancellations and settlement terms, accepted by someone authorised to sign.

Inspection visit
Our team checks the rooms match your photos and basic safety. It’s valid for a year, with clear limits on what it covers.

Listing review, then live
We review each listing before guests see it, and again after big changes.

- Your stay price: the room rate, extra guests and any extras you sell. Discounts you fund lower it; discounts Viraamo funds don’t.
- Not charged on
- The guest’s service fee (…, paid by the guest to Viraamo) and GST, which are added on top for the guest.
- When you’re paid
- About … hours after check-out, to your Razorpay-verified account, minus commission.
- Cancellations
- Guests get refunds under the policy you set; your payout is reduced in proportion to what’s refunded. If you cancel, the guest gets everything back.

Does applying mean I’m approved?
No. Submitting starts a review. You’ll see each check’s status, and listings only go live once every required check has passed.
I manage the property for an owner. Can I list it?
Yes, as a manager or lessee — upload the owner’s authority (management agreement or lease) during verification. We record who the owner is.
Do I have to offer hourly stays?
No. Each room can offer hourly windows, overnight stays or both, and you choose the arrival hours and cleaning time between guests.
What does the inspection cover?
That rooms match your photos, working locks, exits and a fire extinguisher, and the condition of bathrooms and bedding. It isn’t a structural or licensing inspection, and it expires after a year.
Can I bring my rooms in bulk?
Yes — upload our spreadsheet template and our team reviews it with you. Only use content you have the rights to; we don’t import reviews from other sites.
