Terms of Service

Viraamo lets guests book rooms from independent hosts for a chosen window of hours or nights. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• A booking is a contract between the guest and the host. Viraamo provides the platform and collects payment on the host’s behalf.
• Instant bookings are confirmed when payment succeeds. Request-to-book payments are authorised when you request and only captured if the host accepts.
• Guests must follow the listing’s house and arrival rules, including showing government photo ID at check-in.

Prices, fees and taxes

The total shown before you pay includes the stay price, any extra-guest charges, our service fee and applicable GST. Hosts may not charge extra at the property for anything included in the listing.

Cancellations and refunds

Each listing shows its cancellation policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–7 working days. If a host cancels a confirmed stay, the guest is refunded in full.

Hosts

• Hosts must have the right to let the rooms they list and hold the licences and registrations their property requires.
• Payouts are the stay price minus our commission, transferred after check-out through our payment partner once payout details are verified.
• Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be suspended for inaccurate information or safety concerns.

Conduct

Keep communication and payment on Viraamo. We may suspend accounts that attempt fraud, harassment or off-platform payment.
