For guests

Choose your window. Pick an arrival date and time, then 3, 6, 9 or 12 hours, a custom length (from 3 hours, in 30-minute steps, up to 24 hours) or 1–30 nights. Windows that run past midnight always show both dates.
See the full price. The total includes the stay, any extra-guest charge, our service fee and GST. You’re always charged in Indian rupees; other currencies are estimates only.
Book instantly or by request. Instant stays are confirmed when payment succeeds. For request-to-book stays the host has 24 hours to accept, and your payment is only taken if they do.
Check in. Arrive within the window and show government photo ID for every adult. Each listing’s arrival and house rules — including who can stay (children, infants, pets) — are under “Things to know”.
Cancel if plans change. Each listing shows its cancellation policy, and you see the exact refund before you confirm. See cancellation help.

List your rooms. Set which durations each room offers, the hours guests may arrive, the cleaning time between stays, prices and house rules, including whether children or pets can stay. Listings are reviewed before they go live.
Manage your calendar. Cleaning buffers are applied automatically, you can block time or pause a room in one tap, and you choose instant booking or request-to-book.
Get paid. Your payout is the stay price minus our commission, sent through Razorpay 24 hours after check-out once your payout details are verified.
